Honoring the Irani Family: Transforming Lives Through Generosity

The California Rehabilitation Foundation proudly recognizes Drs. Glenn and Kristine Irani as our inaugural donors to the Enabling Independence Program. Their transformative gift marks a pivotal moment, launching a new era of growth and community impact.

A Legacy of Compassion
Dr. Glenn Irani first crossed paths with the California Rehabilitation Institute as a patient, where he experienced firsthand the life-changing power of rehabilitation. His personal recovery inspired a deep connection to our mission, but his contribution to the California Rehabilitation Foundation is also profoundly personal. The Irani’s late daughter, Megan Irani, was interested in healthcare and her Mom sparked a beacon in Megan’s journey. She aspired to become an Occupational Therapist at the University of Southern California (USC), a career path deeply aligned with our work. Tragically, Megan passed away before realizing this dream. However, the Iranis have chosen to honor her legacy in a way that impacts the lives of countless individuals facing rehabilitation challenges.

By supporting the Cal Rehab Foundation, the Iranis ensure that Megan’s compassionate spirit lives on through the support we offer to our grant recipients particularly those in need of financial assistance. This contribution represents not only a significant step forward for our organization but also a way for the Iranis to continue Megan’s impact on the lives of others.

Joined by The Irani Family Foundation, Dr. Glenn Irani, Lillian Mueller, and Martin Irani, and his father through the Dr. Ray R. and Ghada Raslan Irani Foundation, the family’s generosity ignites a movement of hope, ensuring access to essential equipment and care for all.
